What's included by plan
How billing works
Currencies, taxes & invoicing
Subscriptions are billed in GBP by default. Stripe automatically converts to EUR or USD where the customer's billing country requires. We use Stripe Tax to apply 20% UK VAT to UK customers, EU OSS rates to EU customers, and zero-rate exports outside the UK/EU where eligible. A VAT-compliant invoice is delivered by email after each successful payment and is downloadable from the customer portal.
Card security
All payments are processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider regulated by the FCA. We never store your full card number. UK Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is enforced on every transaction.
Trial expiry
The 7-day free trial does not require a credit card. When the trial ends, your account is paused; no charge is taken without your explicit consent.
Renewal & reminders
Monthly subscriptions renew on the same day each month. Seven days before each renewal, we send an email reminder showing the next charge date and amount. Annual subscriptions receive a 30-day-ahead reminder.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your account dashboard, or by emailing billing@mccallumdraughting.com. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions. After the first 7 days, unused months are refunded pro-rata on cancellation. See full refund policy.
Disputes & chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please email us before raising a chargeback — we resolve almost every billing dispute within 48 hours. Our fraud / chargeback record is reviewed monthly with Stripe.
